Recently I had a short period in between projects. During that time I had wonderful conversations with some peers. Every time I felt so uplifted and wished I took the time to do that more often. I also felt like I should be more available to others, particularly junior designers that might not yet have a broad network. It’s vital to connect throughout your career, not only when you need a new job. I found ADPList very useful to make myself available for sessions and already had a few great chats with up and coming designers.
To all UXers who just want to have a chat with a peer, I’m here and ask me anything!
- How to talk to developers?
- Manage stakeholders?
- Articulate design decisions?
- How to be of value and progress your career?
Let’s talk. Book a free session here: https://adplist.org/mentors/tanja-de-bie-van-leeuwen
I’ve updated the sessions for 3 groups:
- Junior Designers UX Coaching (3 free sessions)
- How to work with designers (helping people with ‘designer’ problems)
- Ask another UXer anything (helping designers with ‘people’ problems)
